you should be:

Out of high school and at least 21 years old
Interested in participating in performing arts
Interested in making friends and having fun!

You Should Know:

Our program runs from September to May
The Saturday morning rehearsals are 9:30am-12:00pm
The full Harmony season includes a fall concert and a spring musical
Our winter break begins in December after the fall concert and starts back up in January
You are expected to attend most rehearsals and all performances
Community concerts & events are optional, but very fun and highly encouraged!

Registration Information

Harmony Theater registration for all actors is online through our secure Google Workspace drive. Please complete all forms when registering your actor. Please note: some questions do not apply to all but are marked mandatory. If a question does not apply, answer none or n/a. We ask each family/guardian to sign up for one Saturday morning as a greeter and/or safety monitor once in the fall semester and once in the spring, and we encourage you to volunteer for other committees.

Program Information

Harmony Theater holds weekly rehearsals from 9:30am-12:00pm
On Time Arrival & Dismissal are IMPORTANT!

Activities involving music, dance, blocking, games, crafts, and community connections will occur on a rotating basis.

Safety

We will be engaging in a variety of mitigation strategies to ensure the highest level of safety. At this time, Harmony Theater is mask optional for rehearsals and we do not require proof of vaccination status or testing. Masks are not able to be worn during tech rehearsals and performances. If the Harmony Theater board feels that in-person rehearsals are not safe or aligned with current Health and Safety practices, Harmony Theater MAY transition to virtual rehearsal. Actors and their families will be notified in a timely manner.

Fees

Registration dues structure for the 2024-25 season provides our families with

3 easy payment options:

EARLY/FULL: $425 postmarked by 9/5/24

(save $75)

EARLY/SPLIT: $200 postmarked by 9/5/24; $260 postmarked by 1/20/24 (save $40)

1st REHEARSAL SPLIT: $250 hand in at first rehearsal (9/21); $250 hand in at the first spring semester rehearsal

Facility Cleaning Fee: $40

Harmony Theater graciously rents our space from Church of the Messiah and must clean up after each rehearsal and event. You can combine the registration and cleaning fee in one payment!
